FAQ & Site Info

We process all orders in the order they are received. Most orders only take a few days to process, but during our busier times it can take up to 2 weeks from reception of order to the time it's shipped. Orders are shipped either by USPS Priority or First Class mail. Depending on the size, some orders may be shipped with an alternative method.

We try very hard to ensure that all items listed are in stock at the time you order. The best chance of your items being in stock is by ordering through this website, which does keep track of inventory. If the item you order is not in stock, we will put it on back order (BO) and make every attempt to find the items for you within a reasonable amount of time. After 90 days, if we cannot find the items, it will be marked out of stock (OS) and you will be notified via mail.

For your convenience, we accept payments via check, money order, PayPal and all major credit cards. If you are in the Vancouver area, we welcome you to come to our physical location and pay cash to pick up your order.

We strive for complete satisfaction and offer a generous return policy. If there are any issues or you are not 100% happy, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.
